By using Readiness you agree to what follows. It is short on purpose.
What Readiness is
Readiness displays data that Oura has already calculated about you, on Even Realities G2 glasses. It is a small project published by oddrefresh and offered free of charge.
It is not medical advice
This is the important one. Readiness is for general wellbeing and interest only. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything, and it makes no interpretation of the numbers it shows. Do not use it to make a medical decision, and do not use it in an emergency. Talk to a qualified professional instead.
What you need
You need your own Oura account, your own G2 glasses, and the Even Realities app. Oura may require a membership for access to your data through its API. Readiness is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Oura Health Oy or Even Realities. Their products and trademarks belong to them, and your use of their services is governed by their own terms.
Your account
Connect only your own Oura account. You are responsible for what you connect and for keeping your devices secure. You may disconnect at any time.
No warranty
Readiness is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. It depends on Oura's servers, on Cloudflare, on Bluetooth, and on your phone, any of which can fail. Data may be delayed, missing or wrong. To the fullest extent the law allows, oddrefresh is not liable for any loss arising from using it or from being unable to use it.
Availability
This is a small project and may be changed, interrupted or discontinued at any time, without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
