What it does
Readiness puts the scores your Oura Ring already worked out onto Even Realities G2 glasses, so checking them does not involve your phone. Swipe for last night's sleep and a seven day readiness chart. It reports Oura's numbers exactly and never tells you what they mean.
- Today: a readiness dial, sleep, activity and efficiency meters, and a line of sleep time, steps, lowest heart rate, HRV and the change since yesterday.
- Sleep: last night's total, deep and REM as shares of the night, efficiency, lowest heart rate and average HRV.
- Last 7 days: a readiness chart on a fixed 50 to 100 scale, with the average, high, low and how many days were scored.
- Refreshes every ten minutes while open, or on a tap. When a refresh fails it keeps the last numbers, dims them, and says why.
- Connects once through Oura's own sign in and an eight character code. The app never holds an Oura token.
- A demo mode draws Oura's sample data with no account, labelled as demo data on every screen.
Requirements
Even Realities G2 glasses and the Even Realities app 2.2.9 or later. An Oura Ring and an Oura account, connected once from the phone. Oura may require a membership for API access. Demo mode needs no Oura account.

Moved to Even Hub SDK 0.0.14 and raised the minimum Even Realities app to 2.2.9. The detail lines now dim when the numbers are held after a failed refresh, and go back to full brightness when fresh data lands.

Two image frames instead of four, which halves the wait for a redraw. Durations, steps, heart rate and week figures moved into text below the picture. Fixed the status line swallowing the scroll gesture, which had made the week page unreachable.
