What it does
Storefront lists the empty storefronts around you on your glasses, empty units first and nearest first. Tap one to see who was last in it, what the building is, and who the city has on file as the owner. It reads San Francisco's public records and needs no account, so it works only inside the city.
- Lists the storefronts within a set radius of where you stand, with empty units at the top and a distance on every row.
- Infers occupancy from the city's business registry and says so when the vacancy tax roll disagrees, rather than picking one.
- Marks a unit with a + when someone has filed a fit out or sign permit on it, because a new tenant is already on the way. Landlord repairs do not earn the mark.
- Opens one storefront in full: when it went empty, the last business, any permit, the building's use and age, and the owner named on the vacancy tax filing.
- Saves a storefront with a long press on the list, stored on your phone, so you can read the list later with notes and copy it as text.
- Looks up any single address from the phone screen, with the full registration history per suite.
Requirements
Even Realities G2 glasses paired to a phone running the Even App 2.2.9 or newer. Needs location permission and a network connection. Only works inside San Francisco.

A long press on the list saves the storefront under the cursor without opening it. Scrolling down on a record still saves and scrolling up still removes. The save confirmation is now sized by measured width, so it no longer overflows the screen and swallows the scroll gesture. Moved to SDK 0.0.14, which requires Even App 2.2.9 or newer.

The list refreshes as soon as you come back to the app instead of waiting on a timer that the host had already stopped. The header states the list's age once it passes three minutes. Storefronts can be saved. Distances show in feet where your phone's locale uses them. The phone screen was rebuilt with the saved list and a legend. Building permits were added, and a + marks a unit being fitted out.
